Where Are The Women? Restoring Womens Voices To Historical Memory and National Consciousness: Assessing the Biafran War of 1967-1970
Abstract
The article addresses Igbo womens experiences and agency during the Biafran War of 1967-1970. It interrogates the omission of these womens experiences in historical and cultural documentations, as well as national memory.
