Report of the Preparatory Committee on its Third Session
Abstract
The present report is submitted in accordance with Commission on Human Rights resolution 2000/14 and General Assembly resolution 54/154, in which the special rapporteurs were invited to participate actively in the preparatory process with a view to ensuring the success of the World Conference against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance.
