Abstract

My name is Elizabeth; recently I have been going to a psychologist named Ruth to help me deal with some issues in my life. She has been trying to convince me for months to write down my experiences so that I will acknowledge everything that happened and move past my painful experiences. Although writing is not something that I have ever cared to do, I have finally accepted that if I do not explain what has happened to me I will never get passed it.
