Tradition, The Joy Of Womanhood
Abstract
Tradition, you betrayed me
You made me cheap and inferior
Just because I was born a woman
In a society where I was not appreciated
You made me a carrier of babies
Instrument for man’s enjoyment
A caretaker of a house
A cleaner, sweeper and a cook
To a man that is not my father’s child.
