| We have added all the groundbreaking judgments of the highly-esteemed Judge Nkemdilim Izuako of the United Nations Dispute Tribunal in Nairobi, Kenya to the database. Judge Izuako was appointed as an ad litem judge of the UNDT (United Nations Dispute Tribunal) in Nairobi effective 1 July 2009. She was formerly a High Court judge in the Solomon Islands. Previously, she held office as a High Court judge in Anambra State in Nigeria, as a High Court judge in The Gambia, and an acting judge of the Gambia Court of Appeal. In each of these jurisdictions, and as a judge of a court of general jurisdiction, she handled labour and administrative law matters. She was also a law lecturer at Nnamdi Azikiwe University in Nigeria and in the Gambia Technical Institute. She holds law degrees from the University of Ife, Nigeria (1976 and 1981). |
