The sublime vocals and kora work of the Senegalese Master Griot Ablaye Cissoko is divine. Ablaye comes from a centuries-long line of griots, or storytellers. He is a master of intricate, lyrical string work and a vocalist whose deep emotionalism is conveyed in each line he sings. Ablaye Cissoko is considered one of the best kora players in the world.
